Bachelor Degree - (4 years of study);

Master's Degree - (2 years of study after B.Sc. graduation)

Besides, the University offers a programs giving the Diploma of a Specialist - (5 year period of study) in "Dentistry", "Pharmacy", "Veterinary Medicine", "Radiophysics and Electronics" and also in some specialties of the Faculty of Engineering.

Students graduating from the Faculty of Medicine with major in General Medicine are conferred on the State Diploma of a general practitioner and are awarded with academic degree of Medical Doctor (M.D.) In all it takes 7 years including 1 year of study at the Preliminary Faculty (Faculty of Foreign Languages and Basic Disciplines), where foreign students learn Russian and Russian students learn foreign languages. The curriculum consists of 27 - 30 class hours a week and includes field practice. Graduates of all courses are allowed to take an additional exam in Russian (or a Foreign Language) in order to obtain the Diploma of Interpreter.

By this time more than 22000 students of Bachelor courses, Master courses and Ph. D. courses representing about 450 nations and nationalities from above 130 countries of the world study at the University and its institutions. These are young people from Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe, almost from all former republics of the Soviet Union as well as representatives of autonomies and regions of multinational Russia.
