Let me present Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia to you. It was established in 1960 and till 1992 was called Peoples’ Friendship University named after Lumumba.
It goes without saying that a lot has changed at the University since those times, including its name. The number of schools and branches of study has increased; a two-level education system has been introduced (i.e. Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree Programmes); the number of students has considerably grown; new additional syllabi have been set up. Our international classic University has been rated among the first five best Universities of Russia for the last decade. One of our main assets is the possibility of getting more than one degree: a degree in your chosen profession, one or two degrees in foreign languages and a degree in second higher education.
